About Us

ADMA is a new association registered in November 2020.

The name ADMA in literary Arabic means a beautiful woman with tanned skin. Nisreen, the association's founder, chose it in memory of her aunt Adma who died of cancer at a young age, she was married and had no Children and Nisreen was like a daughter to her.

Nisreen herself contracted cancer at a young age and the initiative to establish the association was born out of the difficulties she dealt with along the way in the hope of enabling a different, empowering and supportive experience for those who will go through similar medical problems in the future.

The goal of the association is to empower and support in every way people who are coping or who have dealt with difficult diseases in the past as well as supporting their families, by establishing an ADMA center in the north in an inviting and supportive environment in nature far from hospitals, with a pleasant and encouraging atmosphere where one can meet and converse with others who are going through or who have gone through a similar process. The center will provide a variety of support activities including social networking, alternative therapies, support groups, lectures, workshops, a beauty salon, and a health food restaurant that the members and recoveries will operate.

ADMA will be the first such center in Arab society adapted to its unique needs linguistically and culturally.

The association has just been registered and we are still at the beginning of the road.
